Our solution is unique due to its low pressure nozzle and high temperature, it simply melts away grime, even on Grade 1 listed buildings where it has been used with the agreement of English Heritage. Many buildings, although well maintained will exhibit the natural signs of wear and tear and in many cases these can look refreshed and offer more pleasant surroundings when cleansed with steam.
We can tackle work in excess of 150m both internally and externally as our system is entirely mobile.
Internal cleansing can even be achieved with the use of heavy duty wet and dry vacuums to remove the steam and water along with the dirt and grime, without setting off sensitive alarm systems within the dwelling.
Our specifically designed lance applies a fan of steam which lifts away pigment from most surfaces.
The best way to describe it is as when stripping wall paper from a wall, the fan of the lance is moved under the dirt and literally lifts it off in a motion similar to that of the wall paper scraper aided with steam.

Steam cleaning is a quick and effective way to renew your building. Algae and grime can mar the appearance of even the most cared for buildings but with the application of 150 desgrees of steam , the surface not only looks better it will resist the regrowth of algae for longer. Steam cleaning removes and indeed kills the microbes which encourage algae in the first instance.
City grime and carbon can be steamed away, from the highest levels as our operatives are trained in boom lift operation and working at height. we excel when given the most awkward of challenges. Everything from bird droppings, to moss can accumulate on the façade of your building - we can remove it with ease!
